Hannah Montgomery Bay-Schuck
Hannah Montgomery Bay‑Schuck is an A&R executive and the driving force behind 7 Hills Music, a boutique publishing imprint launched in partnership with Prescription Songs. Once based in Nashville running Dallas Davidson’s company Play It Again Songs and currently based in L.A., her imprint focuses on amplifying and developing artists / songwriters- breaking down genre barriers and building a nurturing “family” culture for her roster. Through 7 Hills, she offers more than just deals, describing herself as a “professional cheerleader, coach and champion” who empowers her roster to create authentically and reach new heights.
Since its launch, 7Hills has quickly emerged as a cross-genre hitmaking force, signing and developing standout talent whose work spans country, hip-hop, pop, and global markets. The company’s roster includes Scoot Teasley, who co-wrote “Home (feat. Shaboozey)” for BigXthaPlug on his Billboard Top 5 album I Hope You’re Happy; Lauren LaRue, who co-wrote the RIAA Gold-certified “Goodbye Looks Good On You” for Alana Springsteen and “Roxanne” with Arizona Zervas — now a member of Spotify’s Billions Club. Both Scoot Teasley and Will Terry have been featured in Spotify’s Best of Fresh Country Finds 2025. Terry’s first single “Hell at this Point” was produced and co-written by 7Hills’ Seth Michael! Producer/songwriter Cooper Holzman co-produced and wrote on Mon Rovia’s album Bloodline as well as co-writing for Kpop stars LISA (“Elastigirl”) and FIFTY FIFTY (“Pookie”). Additionally, KaiGoinKrazy has co-written and produced for major hip-hop artists such as YoungBoy’s (“Devil Don’t Go Away” feat. Jelly Roll), YFN Lucci (“January 31st”), and Lil Tjay (“Different” feat. 42 Dugg), further expanding 7Hills’ reach across genres and charts.
